Life so far.

Yup It's December the last month of the year 2009, alot of things happen throughout this whole year, good things and bad things. soon it will be Christmas, my favourite time of the year as always :) here i wish everyone a merry christmas. Was clearing some rubbish in my com and my external harddisk when i come across some old 3d works that i did during the earlier period of this year. used maya and a toon shading melscript i found online.

Recently went to tour the school CG protege, if you have never hear before, it is a kinda of school that offers specialisation advanced diploma sort of a programme to hardcore train people in specific skills in different areas like animation, modelling, vfx etc. Saw their students modeling and texturing skills, it was really damn good even low poly models were so detailed and expressive. The competition outside is really extremely competitive and strong not applying to Singapore most of the companies but to only a few larger companies and companies overseas. even their Visual effects and animation was really good.There is so much to learn, so much to explore, never ending. i am just like a frog in a well,will definitely need to work harder...

AFA 09

Took some photos during Anime festival asia 2009, sorry not much photos due to limited space in my memory stick haha. As you can see most of it is gundam model kits, i have always been fasicinated by gundam model kits, especially the details, loves the complexity of it. they actually show some custom gundam as well as perfect grade gundam double O raiser which will be releasing soon and also for the first time actually saw a scale of 1 /35 RX-78 gundam you don't see at outside stores which is quite big compared to 1/60 scale you see commonly, enjoy :). It was quite fun and enjoyable, and also funny seeing so many otakus around haha.., there were many things on display and also the evening concert (i love anisong) rocks. get to see some real life japanese music concert.
